• Minor technical delays—including those caused by our infrastructure, cloud providers, scheduled updates, or internet connectivity—may affect the speed or accuracy of platform actions. Similarly, outages or interruptions on the side of exchanges or third-party APIs may result in incomplete data or failed executions. While TradeCenters implements advanced security techniques, encrypted storage, and modern cryptographic best practices, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or complete immunity from complex cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, or coordinated malicious actions beyond our control.
• You are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations. TradeCenters must be used in a lawful and ethical manner. We are not liable for misuse in restricted jurisdictions.
